Youth League Under-18 'A' at the Centenary Stadium
MOSTA FC 0 PIETA HOTSPURS 3 (ht 0-2)
Mosta's Under-18's suffered their third defeat on the trot after perhaps their worst performance of the season when they went down 0-3 to strugglers Pieta Hotspurs. After last Sunday's good performance in their unlucky defeat against Valletta, Anton Cremona's boys failed to deliver and deserved what they got.
Mosta were missing several players including Terence Vella, Chris Sant, Lyden Micallef, Stefan Debattista and David Causon.
Early goals in both halves paved they way for an easy Pieta victory who themselves looked a very average side.
