'ISSA LI QBIZNA IN-NOFS' was the theme of a meeting/rally held today at the club premises which featured several speakers who talked about the progress at the half-way stage of the season.
The attendance by the supporters was not that good, but all the first-team squad was present. There were many speakers at the meeting which was conducted by the club's PRO Joe Quattromani. The first speaker was club President George Galea who was making his first public appearance after his operation. Mr. Galea talked mainly about the first-team a stressed that he beleives in the strength of the present squad.
He was followed by Oliver Spiteri, Anton Cremona and Raymond Sant, coaches of the first team, Under-18 and Women's Team respectively who talked about their charges. Leslie Causon, General Administrator of the Youth Nursery stressed the difficulties they are facing because of the ongoing Mosta Ground project, a subject that was elaborated on by the Hon. Charlo' Bonnici MP, who is the head of the project.
New club captain Mark Brincat and Mark Briggs also addressed the meeting.
